These terms govern your use of vaultandvictorycards.com and any order you place with Vault & Victory Cards LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information.

Products, grading and authenticity

We photograph the actual item you are buying — we do not use stock images for graded singles — and we re-check the certification number against the grading company’s database before listing. Grades are assigned by third-party graders (PSA, BGS, CGC). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any card publisher or grading company, and we do not control or guarantee their grading decisions.

Trading cards are collectibles. Their market value moves, and nothing on this site is an investment recommendation or a guarantee of future value.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout. Almost everything we list is a single item, so stock can reach zero mid-checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order we will cancel it and refund you in full.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a clerical or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept the order — acceptance happens when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where stock is unavailable.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the funds clear.

Live breaks

A break spot buys you a defined position in a live-streamed opening of sealed product — for example a specific team, division, or randomised slot. You are paying for that position and the entertainment of the break, not for any particular card, and not for any minimum value. What you receive depends entirely on what is inside the sealed product, which nobody knows in advance.

Spots are non-refundable once the break has started. If a break is cancelled before it starts, or we cannot supply the product, we refund the spot in full. Cards hit in a break ship on the schedule published for that break. Our decisions during a live break, including how randomisation is carried out, are final.

Selling to us and consignment

An offer we make on a collection is based on the photographs and description you give us and is valid for seven days. It is subject to the cards arriving in the condition described. If they do not match, we will make a revised offer or return them to you at our cost.

Intellectual property

The Vault & Victory name, logo, site design, and our own product photography belong to us. Card artwork and trademarks belong to their respective publishers, and appear here only to describe the item for sale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost collectible value. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and the courts of Franklin County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
