Vault & Victory Cards LLC (“Vault & Victory”, “we”, “us”) runs the shop at vaultandvictorycards.com and the card shop at 1104 N High St, Columbus, Ohio. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, sell us cards, buy a break spot, contact us, or join the drop list, we collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number where you provide it, and the contents of any message you send.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. We receive only the confirmation of payment, the last four digits, and the card type, so we can match a payment to an order and handle refunds.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you visit. We use cookies and similar technology to keep your cart working, keep you signed in, and understand which parts of the shop people actually use.
How we use it
- To take payment for, pack, and ship your order, and to tell you where it is
- To value a collection you have offered to sell us, and to pay you for it
- To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds, and disputes
- To send the drop list, if you asked for it — and only that, until you unsubscribe
- To detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse of the shop
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the companies that let us actually run the shop:
- Payment processors — to take payment and issue refunds
- Shipping carriers — your name and address, so your parcel arrives
- Our hosting and email providers — who store the data on our behalf
- Professional advisers and authorities — where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working; without them the shop cannot function. Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used, in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will stop working if you block the essential ones.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for two years. Anything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from the drop list using the link in any email, or by writing to us. If you live in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights — and we confirm again that we do not sell personal information. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also ask us to restrict or port your data, and you may complain to your data protection regulator.

Children
The shop is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, payment details go straight to our processor, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
