How We Verify

Every cert checked twice, every slab photographed. Here is exactly what happens between a card arriving and it going on the site.

1. It gets photographed

We shoot the actual slab you will receive — front and back, under consistent lighting, with the label readable. We never use stock images on a graded single. If the photograph shows a scratch on the case, that is the case you are getting.

2. The cert gets checked

The certification number on the label is looked up in the grading company’s own database — PSA, BGS, or CGC. We confirm the card, the set, the year, and the grade all match the label in front of us. If anything disagrees, the card does not get listed.

3. The slab gets inspected

We check the case for cracks, for signs of tampering around the seam, and for label lift. Slabs that look like they have been opened are rejected outright, whatever the label says.

4. It gets checked again before it ships

When your order is packed, the cert number on the slab is checked against the cert number on your order. That is the second check, and it is the one that catches human error in the case.

If we get it wrong

If the cert on the card you receive does not match the listing, email us within 48 hours with a photograph. We cover the return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

What we cannot do

We are not a grading company, and we are not affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC, or any card publisher. We do not assign grades and we cannot overrule one. What we can do is guarantee that the slab you receive is the slab we photographed, and that its cert is real.
